The form-fitting fender covers will help protect your fenders, when working in the engine compartment, from dropped tools and scratches in the paint from leaning over the fenders. Fender Gloves were developed to protect the fender area while working under the hood. Two layers of heavy duty, fleece backed vinyl encapsulate a middle layer of special foam. Seams are sewn with high-strength polyester thread and all outside edges are bound with a soft felt binding. The outside layer has the vinyl exposed for durability and ease of cleaning. The bottom layer has the fleece surface exposed since this is the part of the Fender Glove that touches the painted surface of the fender. Sewn between these two layers is a special foam that provides a soft but flexible cushion to help protect against dents.

We also offer a 'Mechanics Mat.' This 30"x 54" padded vinyl mat with built in head rest is great for protecting your body from the cold hard reality of your garage floor. It can also be suspended between two cars as a door ding protector. Once you've tried it you'll never work on the underside of your car without it. Easily stored in car for roadside emergencies.
